How long does it take to ship an item?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your details will be processed and production will begin. All prints and canvasses are custom and made-to-order, and as a result, it may take 5-10 working days for your order to reach you. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order, or have made a mistake. Once an item enters production, no refunds or exchanges will be given (unless damaged) as each order is custom-made.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping Australia wide is determined by the product size/weight. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout. You will have the chance to review the cost before finalising your transaction. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

At this point in time, shipping overseas is only available to selected countries. For orders outside of Australia & New Zealand, only rolled prints can be shipped.

What frame size best fits the prints you offer?

If you are buying a pre-made frame (ie. IKEA), the closest standard sizing is as below:
A3 Frame = 12 x 18" (30 x 45cm)
A2 Frame = 16 x 24" (42 x 60cm)
A1 Frame = 24 x 36" (60cm x 90cm)

If you already have a frame you’d like to fit, please do let me know.

Note that you there may be a very small amount of bleed (extra image) when framed using the above. For larger size prints, a custom frame is recommended.

All prints are bordered with white (for ease of framing), but the actual size of the printed image will closely match the dimensions specified.

Canvas prints will include the entire image you see on the front panel, with no loss of image due to wrapping around the edges. The edges are mirror-wrapped. These are ready to hang, with a string at the back.

How are prints & canvasses shipped?

Unframed prints are sent in heavy duty cardboard cylinders to ensure they are not bent or damaged in transit. Canvasses are shipped in cardboard boxes and bubble wrapped. If a product is damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible.

What material are your images printed on?

All paper prints are printed on premium archival quality Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl, by a professional photographic printer in Australia.

All canvasses are printed on gallery-quality canvas, and hand stretched over a wooden frame.

All prints have been meticulously colour-corrected for print.

Are metal or acrylic prints, or custom sizes available?
